On Sunday, July 30th, the Rock Steady Crew celebrated their 40th Anniversary with their final annual free concert at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park. The City Park's SummerStage show featured a headlining set by Mobb Deep (with a tribute to Prodigy who passed away in June at the age of 42) with performances by MC Lyte, MC Eiht, DJ Premier and many others.
I shot the event for Impose Magazine and some of my favorites from the day appear in the gallery above. The full set is now available on Impose here.
