On Friday, June 28, 2019, Young M.A headlined Summerstage at Betsy Head Park in Brownsville, Brooklyn, NY. Four years prior to the show, she performed as a part of the Duck Down Records BBQ before she was famous. She was joined by rappers Korleone (who like M.A, hails from East New York), Max YB (of Jersey City, NJ), and DJ Funk Flex. M.A, an openly gay rapper, performed on the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots during Pride.
