The Death Set
On Thursday, October 21, 2021, The Death Set performed a record release show at Our Wicked Lady Rooftop for their new album, How to Tune a Parrot. The band included songs from the new record (“Overload Damage” and “Elephant”) along with songs from their older records (“Intermission,” “Slap Slap Slap Pound Up Down Snap,” “Paranoia,” “Day in the Wife,” “Superzero,” “Around the World,” and “Negative Thinking”). The Death Set were joined by EU1OGY (of Baltimore, MD) and local punk group Rebelmatic. I hadn’t seen TDS live in a very long time and I’m quite happy I was able to make their latest concert on Thursday night.
Photos from the very fun record release show appear in the gallery above. Older photos of The Death Set are available here.
