Piano Quintets with Hamelin at Merkin Hall

On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, the Orchestra of St. Luke’s presented a performance called “Piano Quintets with Hamelin,” featuring Marc-André Hamelin on piano, Krista Bennion Feeney and Jesse Mills on violin, Dana Kelley on viola, and Myron Lutzke on cello.

The five piece performed two quintet pieces by Florence Price (“Quintet in A Minor for Piano and Strings”) and Johannes Brams (“Quintet in F Minor for Piano and Strings, Op. 34”) starting at 11AM at Merkin Hall at Kaufman Center on the Upper West Side.
