dead prez, th1rt3en, and Large Professor at Herbert Von King Park
On Sunday, July 16, 2023, the annual SummerStage series finished their three day run at Herbert Von King Park in Brooklyn, NY with a free show featuring live performances from two acts: rap duo dead prez and th1rt3en. The concert began with a DJ set from Large Professor and concluded around 9PM.
In addition to the music on stage, I spotted rapper Fatboi Sharif in the crowd (who is performing at PopGun Presents’ 15th anniversary show next week), plus Craig G (of Juice Crew), and hip hop photographer Photo Rob at the park.
