Resilience at Brooklyn Grain

Alex Orange Drink at Mercury Lounge on May 31, 2025.

On Friday, October 24, 2025, I will have an image in a community exhibit at Brooklyn Grain in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The theme is “Resilience,” and I will have a print of a photo of Alex Orange Drink, which was created back in May 2025 during his record release show, for his album Victory Lap. Alex came to mind for the theme as the show as this album was recorded during his treatment of a rare form of cancer, and the night felt like a celebration of the record release, Alex’s resilience, and community.

If you’re in the New York City area, I will attend the reception on the 24th and if you’re unable to attend the reception, it will be on view the whole weekend from 12-5PM.

Information regarding the Resilience exhibition, plus the other exhibits on view can be found below. Brooklyn Grain will be moving out of their space, so this is the final public event that will be held at their current location in Greenpoint.
