Brooklyn band Big Ups performed their final show at Bowery Ballroom in Manhattan on Friday, January 18, 2019. I first saw the band perform at Death by Audio three days after Hurricane Sandy hit New York on November 1, 2012 and have been following them ever since.

I attended the band’s soundcheck in the afternoon plus captured their live set along with the performances by their special guests Bethlehem Steel, Washer, and Guerilla Toss.
