On Thursday, August 10, 2023, The Moldy Peaches headlined their first show in New York City in two decades at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, NY. The sold out show featured brief opening sets by band members that was referred to as “The Moldy Peaches Talent Show” before The Moldy Peaches began their set.

I covered the show for Bowery Presents and the full gallery is now available here, and the band performs a second show at the same venue later tonight. This was my first time seeing The Moldy Peaches since January 12, 2002 (that show took place at Bowery Ballroom), and I’m very grateful they returned all these years later.
